Supported devices
Full experience: iPhone 12–16 Pro and Pro Max — four-lens turret where hardware allows.
Basic mode: iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 (non-Pro) — ultra-wide, wide, and available lenses.
Other iPhones may install Spool but run with limited lens coverage.
Permissions
- Camera — required for the finder and capture.
- Photos (add only) — requested when exporting or auto-save is on.
- Location — optional; off by default. Enable in Settings when you want geotags.
Delete your data
In Spool: Settings → Erase all Spool data. To remove exported photos, delete them in the Photos app. See our Privacy Policy.
App Store
Spool is distributed on the Apple App Store. Purchase and refund questions follow Apple’s policies.
